Woodgate Pellets is an Okanagan-based producer of premium fruitwood smoker pellets, made exclusively from wood we have personally sourced from local orchards.

From orchard to pellet, we believe in showing the process. That means no hidden blends, no fillers, and no additives—just 100% fruitwood, natural lignin binding, and clean, consistent smoke.

We use fresh fruit trees with the bark intact, allowing natural lignin to bind our pellets during production. The result is a natural wood-colored pellet that burns clean and delivers authentic fruitwood flavor.

If we didn’t source the wood ourselves, it doesn’t go in the bag.
